Joseph Soto is Miami’s premier hospitality curator, blending his Bronx roots, Miami upbringing, and Puerto Rican heritage into unforgettable events. As the Owner & Director of Premier Beverage Catering, he has made a name for himself as a master mixologist, caterer, and event specialist. 

 

   Starting his journey early in the industry, Joseph gained hands-on experience at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, FL, while pursuing a B.S. in Business Administration. His career took off in 2006 as Creative Head for Sonnema Vodka Herb, where he excelled in cocktail design and brand management. This passion propelled him to establish Premier Beverage Catering in 2009, quickly becoming the go-to expert for brand activations and exclusive events in Wynwood.

 

   Joseph’s impressive client list includes Kim and Kanye West, Drake, Jay-Z, Beyoncé, and Toni Braxton. He has crafted sophisticated cocktails for brands like SX Liquors, LeBlon Cachaça, and Chivas Scotch Whisky, and played a key role in DJ Khaled’s We The Best music group’s productions. Premier Beverage Catering has also been featured in events like Miami Zoo’s Feast with the Beast and Bravo TV’s Million Dollar Listing Miami.

 

   Expanding his vision, Joseph launched Premier Kitchen & Chef Services in 2013, adding a full-service food and beverage dimension to his offerings. Premier Kitchen & Chef Services has garnered accolades, including the Grand Slam Award for “Best Restaurant/Catering Company” at Taste of Miami. With a talent for blending mixology and culinary arts, Joseph Soto continues to set the ultimate standard in exceptional event experiences.
